Dubai Rent Dispute Resolution Center launches a program to rehabilitate new judges


The “Dubai Rent Dispute Resolution Center” launched a training program aimed at qualifying new judges, and providing them with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their judicial tasks efficiently and effectively.
The program aims to introduce judges with laws and regulations related to rental disputes, and to enhance their understanding of ethical and professional standards that govern judicial work and includes training courses and workshops covering the theoretical and practical aspects.
The program pays special attention to the skills of writing judicial rulings in accordance with legal standards, as well as enhancing the capabilities of judges on effective communication and judicial deliberation, which ensures that fair and transparent decisions are taken.
The program extends 12 weeks and deals with multiple axes, including the Civil Transactions Law, the use of artificial intelligence in judgments, financing rental, statistics and judicial indicators.
