The Roads and Transport Authority has announced the working hours for all its services during the New Year holiday 2025. These include working hours at customer happiness centres, toll-paid parking lots, public transport buses, the Dubai Metro and Tram, marine transport means, and service provider centers (technical vehicle inspection).
Service Provider Centers (Technical Inspection) and Customer Happiness
The Authority’s service provider centers and customer happiness centers will be closed during the New Year’s holiday, Wednesday, January 1, 2025, and official work will resume on Thursday, January 2, 2025, according to the usual working hours.
