Dubai rooms organize 4 workshops to support companies’ commitment to business laws


Dubai Chambers recently organized four legal workshops, as part of their efforts to support companies’ commitment to regulations and regulations related to the business environment.

A statement issued yesterday said that 255 participants from the private sector representatives attended the workshops that were organized by default, and dealt with a group of important axes that include returned checks, corporate tax, and debt collection, in addition to the legal, tax and practical aspects of the establishment and expansion of business in Dubai. The first workshop, which was organized in cooperation with the “Claut Legal Consulting Office”, discussed legislative developments and legal dealings with returned checks, and dealt with the legal effects of checks reflux, risk assessment and management strategies, and effective methods to resolve commercial disputes.

As for the second workshop, it was organized in cooperation with the Iman Al -Rifai Office for Lawyer and Legal Consulting, and it dealt with corporate tax, the latest developments in the field of business, and the main aspects of corporate tax, including the basic amendments required to the financial statements for the year 2024. The third workshop, which was held in cooperation with the Hamdan Al Shamsi Office for Law Law and Legal Consulting, reviewed the legal and practical aspects of the debt collection management management management Companies, during which the participants introduced the basic legal tools and strategies necessary to reduce the risk of failure to pay, including effective contracts and check credit.

The fourth workshop, which was organized in the Chinese “Mandarin” language, in cooperation with the “Al -Tamimi and its participants” office, focused on introducing companies operating in China to the legal, tax and practical axes to establish and expand business in the emirate, where they provided detailed instructions on legal and tax issues, and the process associated with business practicing.
