Dubai rooms organized a workshop on the mechanisms of implementing the executive council’s decision on organizing products with a single use in the emirate, in the presence of 115 participants.
A statement issued yesterday said that the workshop that was organized in cooperation with the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai and the Dubai Authority for Environment and Climate Change, as well as the Department of Economy and Tourism in Dubai and Dubai Municipality, witnessed presentations to clarify the requirements of compliance with the decision, in addition to dialogue sessions to respond to the participants’ inquiries about products Included by the decision and those excluded from it.
The decision aims to protect the natural environment and local biological and animal wealth, and motivate community members to adopt sustainable and environmentally friendly behaviors.
