Emirates Airlines was crowned “Best Airline in the World” during the “Ultra 2024” awards ceremony, and the honor came based on the votes of thousands of travelers around the world.

The carrier stated in a press statement today that the honor came thanks to its world-class products, innovative services, and distinguished experiences.

The travel experiences provided by the carrier were crowned with more than 20 awards this year, including the “Best Airline in the World” award by “Telegraph Travel”, where it came in first place against 90 international airlines, in addition to the “Best Airline” award from the Travel Awards. The ULTRA Awards are among the most prestigious awards in the industry, honoring travel leaders in multiple categories, and winners are determined by votes from a global network of travelers.

The award was received on behalf of the carrier by Thierry Aucock, Emirates Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations for Europe and the Americas, during the awards ceremony held yesterday at Kensington Palace in London, in the presence of a crowd of distinguished guests and workers in the travel industry.

Sir Tim Clark, President of Emirates Airlines, said that the group’s investments in products and services, in its employees, in training and technology, aim to improve the travel experience at every step of the journey so that customers can travel with “lasting distinction.”

He added that the entire aircraft modernization programme, worth several billion dollars, ensures that more than 200 aircraft will receive completely new interior designs that will enhance the Emirates experience to even greater levels.
