The UAE Fellowship for Sustainability celebrated the graduation of the second batch, in the presence of the Minister of State for Governmental Development and the Future, Ahoud Bint Khalfan Al -Roumi, and with the support of the Abu Dhabi National ADNOC Petroleum Company through the network of executives for sustainability.
The program aims to enable the next generation of sustainability leaders in the UAE, and it was based in its second session on the success of the first session, and to collect a group of young professional talents in the field of sustainability from the government and private sectors, whose capabilities were built through comprehensive educational models that dealt with major fields Priority, such as artificial intelligence, sustainability, conservation of biological diversity, green financing, and the strategic leadership of sustainability.
The results of the Sustainability Executive Sustainability Network Summary 2025, which reviews the main trends in the field of sustainability, were also launched based on the visions and contributions of the CEO of CEO (CSOS), in 100 local, regional and international institutions.
The poll provides a comprehensive vision on how institutions achieve progress in their sustainable agendas, while covering pivotal areas such as leadership structure, integration, environmental and social standards and governance (ESG), the adoption of green technology, and challenges facing institutions to achieve sustainability goals.
The Roumi Ahoud confirmed the pivotal role of the fellowship program in strengthening the sustainability agenda in the UAE.

Through this program, the young professional talents are provided with tools, knowledge and networks of relations necessary to push sustainability as a factor that enables the head of the future across all sectors.
The second session of the fellowship program focused on enhancing cooperation between the governmental and private sectors, ensuring the exchange of ideas and best sustainable practices across the various sectors.
The associates with prominent sustainability experts also participated in advanced workshops, which were gained by practical visions and methodologies on how to integrate sustainability into institutional strategies.
