The Emirates Football Association announced the list of international referees for the year 2025, which was adopted by “FIFA”, as the list included 31 referees, including six referees of the international arena, nine assistant referees, four referees of the female component, three hall soccer referees, and referees in beach football In addition to seven rulers in the technique of the video (mouse).
The list of international rulers of the arena included Adel Al -Naqbi, Omar Al Ali, Ahmed Issa Darwish, Sultan Muhammad Saleh, Ali Al Mulla and Muhammad Al Haramoudi.
The list of international assistant rulers included: Mohamed Ahmed Youssef, Amer Abdullah Hassan, Ali Al -Nuaimi, Ahmed Al -Rashidi, Jassem Al Ali, Sabta Obaid Sorour, Saeed Rashid Al Marzouqi, Yasser Al -Murshidi and Muhammad Al Mazami.

The Football Association said in a press statement: “The Emirates Football Association handed over the international emblem of international referees for the year 2025 at a ceremony held last Saturday, at the Federation’s headquarters in Dubai, in the presence of the Chairman of the Referees Committee, Salem Ali Al Shamsi, and Vice -Chairman of the Referees Committee in the International Federation, Hani Blanc And the director of the FIFA Referees Management, Massimo Busaca.
Al -Shamsi said: “We renew our great confidence in the Emirati referee, which has many successes in managing the matches of local, continental and international competitions, most notably the Asian Championship for elite, elite 2, and qualifying qualifications for the World Cup 2026, and it performs a supervising performance of the Emirati arbitration system, and is praised by everyone.”
He added that “obtaining the international emblem requires us to move to a higher stage of professionalism in performance and work to develop experiences to suit this new and important stage in the arbitration process, and we wish success and payment for all during the arbitration participants inside and outside the country during the coming period.”
