“Finance” organizes electronic billing services


Yesterday, the Ministry of Finance announced the issuance of a ministerial decision regarding the criteria for accepting and procedures for accrediting service providers in accordance with the electronic billing system, and the new decision determines a clear organizational framework for eligibility standards, evaluation mechanisms, accreditation procedures, as well as credit cancellation protocols, within the electronic billing system, and the decision includes the conditions for registration of the company, the fulfillment of the requirements of the service provider, and the requirements of tax registration obligations, as well as the requirements of safety safety information Producer (People) service provider, self -recognition condition, form and procedures for applying for accreditation and permission to operate, and the decision provides for the limitations of providing electronic billing services in the UAE in only accredited service providers.
