Rolling Court, owned by the world-class Godolphin team and trained by Charlie Appleby, seeks to make his first mark on the high-class races when he seeks the title of the Acomb Stakes race, designated for Thoroughbred horses, Group 3, over a distance of 1400 metres of grass, which is held today at the prestigious British York Racecourse.
Rolling Court, which is owned by the stallion Justify, achieved a resounding victory in his only participation in the world of racing last July, by five and a half lengths over his closest competitor, at the British Sandown Park racecourse over a distance of 1400 metres.
Godolphin trainer Charlie Appleby commented on Rolling Court’s chances, saying in press statements: “We are pleased with the performance Rolling Court gave last month in his first participation, during which he gained a great deal of readiness,” adding: “We felt that the York race was suitable for him, and more competitive, after the changed conditions of the race this year.”
