Hakim Ziyech replaces Taarabt in the Al-Nasr team

Turkish media confirmed that Moroccan player Hakim Ziyech is on his way to ending his 21-year career in European leagues, after receiving an offer to play in the ADNOC Professional League.

“Spor Turk” newspaper said that Al-Nasr Club entered into negotiations with the Moroccan international to contract with him during the current transfer period.

She indicated that Hakim Ziyech obtained the approval of the Galatasaray Club to negotiate with the “Dean” in preparation for dispensing with his services, especially since he is outside the accounts of the Turkish club.

She stated: “What encourages the 31-year-old player to take this step is the presence of Dutch coach Alfred Schroeder at the head of the technical staff of Al-Nasr Club, as he previously trained the Moroccan player in the teams Twente Enschede and Ajax Amsterdam in the Dutch League.”

The newspaper pointed out that Hakim Ziyech will not find it difficult to leave Galatasaray, indicating that the most likely thing to do is to terminate his contract with the Turkish club by mutual consent, so that the door will be open for his transfer to his new club.

On the other hand, Al-Nasr Club is seeking to sign a new foreign player, after announcing the termination of the contract of Moroccan player Adel Taarabt by mutual consent.

Hakim Ziyech is considered one of the most prominent Arab players in the past ten years in European leagues, as his name emerged alongside the stars Mohamed Salah and Riyad Mahrez, when the Moroccan international joined Chelsea of England, while the Egyptian striker played with Liverpool, and the Algerian star played with Manchester City.
