Hamdan bin Mohammed announces the launch of the “Thuir Dubai” project


His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, announced the launch of the “Thuir Dubai” project, the longest resort of its kind in the world.

His Highness said on his official account on the “X” website: “In May 2024, and under the direction of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, we launched a life quality strategy in Dubai 2033, with a clear goal: launching initiatives and implementing qualitative projects that make Dubai the best place to live in the world “.

His Highness continued, saying: “Within this strategy, we announce the launch of” Thuir Dubai “, the project represents a resort that is the longest of its kind in the world, and will include an interactive garden in addition to the largest internal plant park in the world at a cost of 2 billion dirhams, and a capacity of 1.7 million visitors annually annually “.

His Highness stressed: “Thuir Dubai” represents a new icon added to the brilliant Dubai horizon and will be held in Zabeel Park, and the opening in 2028.

His Highness added: “We continue to improve the quality of the life of every citizen, resident and visitor in Dubai, with a clear commitment to support the urban biological diversity system and enhance environmental sustainability in our city.”
