Al-Wasl coach, Serbian Milos Milojevic, expressed his dissatisfaction with the draw that his team achieved with Ajman, the day before yesterday, in the sixth round of the ADNOC Professional League, directing the blame to the players, saying: “I do not know what they are doing outside the field.”

Milos explained in press statements that Al-Wasl did not deserve to win over Ajman, in the match that ended in a scoreless draw, and said: “It is easy to analyze what happened in the match, as Al-Wasl did not provide the performance that deserved to achieve the victory.”

He added: “We must bear responsibility, and for my part, I give everything I have, according to what is available to me, and people can evaluate what I offer with the team.”

He continued: “I can bear responsibility for the team’s loss or stumble, but on the other hand, the players must bear responsibility and be professionals in all aspects.”

He continued his speech by saying: “I follow the players during training throughout the week, and I watch them for a certain number of hours, while I do not know what they do outside the field, or what the nature of their lives is, as I am not a policeman in order to monitor them, but they must also be professionals outside the field, and at all times.” ».

On the other hand, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Wasl Club, Ahmed Al Shafar, stressed that losing any point affects the position of “The Emperor” in the ADNOC Professional League competition.

Al-Shafar said in press statements that a draw is like a loss for Al-Wasl, stating: “Losing any point during league matches is considered a loss, whether the result is a tie or a defeat.”

He added: “The team that wants to continue competing must achieve victory in the matches it plays.”

He pointed out that the pressure of matches has a negative impact on Al-Wasl, especially since it is competing in the elite AFC Champions League competitions. He said: “Al-Wasl and Al-Ain are playing under a difficult schedule, and the same is true for Shabab Al-Ahly and Al-Sharjah, as these clubs play a match every three or four days.” .

He concluded: “The process of rotating players is difficult, but despite that, we will work to improve the results in the coming period, and focus on returning the team to its normal path, and changing its image for the better.”
