Today, the activities of the 21st EBS 2025 real estate exhibition in the Dubai World Trade Center, organized by the Dubai Land and Property Department.
The event comes within the framework of supporting the “Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033”, which aims to enhance the emirate’s position as a global center for sustainable real estate investment, and to provide an integrated environment that supports innovation and competitiveness in the sector.
“Organizing the Land and Property Department for the IPS 2025 exhibition comes as an embodiment of its strategic vision aimed at enhancing the sustainability of the real estate sector, and achieving integration between its components, in line with the targets of the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033.” said the executive director of the real estate registration sector in the Land and Property Department in Dubai and the head of the organizing committee of the exhibition, Majid Al -Marri, that “Organizing the Lands and Property Department of the IPS 2025 exhibition comes as an embodiment of its strategic vision aimed at enhancing the sustainability of the real estate sector and achieving integration between its components, in line with the targets of the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033.”
He added: «The exhibition is a comprehensive platform that brings together one group of actors in the real estate investment system locally and internationally, which establishes Dubai’s position as a leading global center in innovation and smart real estate and sustainable real estate.
According to “Dubai Land”, the “IPS 2025” exhibition is a strategic platform that brings together the most prominent real estate developers, buyers, investors, and banks, from all over the world, to explore cooperation opportunities and review modern projects and technologies that reformulate real estate market standards, as well as building new business relations and expanding professional networks. It also highlights the latest innovations in the fields of construction, design and real estate development, such as smart construction technology and sustainable design.
More than 500 international delegations confirmed their participation in the event, from countries such as: Ecuador, Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Mexico, India, the United States, and Panama.
The exhibition also includes more than 300 exhibitors from the Emirates, along with prominent posts from: the United States, Indonesia, Mexico, Poland, Greece, China, Spain, Georgia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Oman.
The exhibition’s agenda includes many events that will continue for three days, with a focus on the axes of five presidents, “IBS real estate”, “IBS cities”, “IBS Starp”, “IBS Design”, “IBS Services”.
The exhibition also witnesses the organization of the “ABS conference” and “Women’s Conference”, and the investor conference, where a series of workshops, seminars and dialogue sessions presented by experts in the real estate sector are held to discuss the latest developments in the market, and provide advice to investors, in addition to presentations, through which the real estate developers will provide their latest projects, and provide details about the advantages and services provided by these projects, and the activities include a competition for companies Emerging, the wings of the states, the investor area, and the signing of notes of understanding.
