Emirates International Aluminum Company announced the launch of the “Irshad” program, a guidance program for Emirati university students, aiming to encourage them to join jobs in the industrial sector, with a focus on the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

A statement, issued yesterday, stated that “Irshad” focuses on enhancing the basic skills for professional development through individual guidelines led by experts from Emirates International Aluminum Company, and the company’s experts also provide students with an opportunity to identify multiple jobs in the industrial sector, and access to professional networks that enable them From planning their professional future.

The program also includes interactive group workshops that focus on refining leadership and administrative skills, in addition to financial management.

Emirates International Aluminum Company concluded partnerships with the Emirates University, Khalifa University, the American University in Sharjah and Sharjah University, to register requests in the “Irshad” program.

Emirates International Aluminum Company aims to develop the future national industrial workforce in the UAE, through a set of interactive programs with students.
