“IPS” real estate exhibition in Dubai aims to attract 16 thousand visitors


The Dubai Land and Property Department announced yesterday that the Emirate of Dubai will embrace the activities of the 21st session of the “IPS” exhibition from 14 to 16 April, noting that the exhibition is witnessing an increasing demand for participation by real estate parties around the world, while in its upcoming version it aims to attract more than 16 thousand visitors.

The event provides an opportunity for exhibitors from all over the world and the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council to display their projects, communicate with industry leaders, see the available investment opportunities, and the possibility of holding partnerships on a global scale.

The exhibition brings together real estate developers, buyers, investors, banks and real estate brokers, under one roof to promote real estate projects and real estate investment opportunities, in addition to building new business relations and expanding professional networks, which contributes to the conclusion of real estate deals and possible partnerships, as well as the exchange of knowledge and experiences, and see the latest innovative trends and technologies in the field of construction, design and development Real estate, such as smart construction technology and sustainable design.

The list of exhibitors alongside the UAE includes participants from the United States, Indonesia, Mexico, Poland, Greece, China, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Oman, which enhances international cooperation opportunities and opens new horizons for the participants.

The agenda of the activities of the 21st session of the exhibition that will continue for three days, along with the real estate exhibition, includes many activities that are organized annually, in addition to creating new events, with a focus on the axes of five presidents: “IPS real estate”, “IPS cities”, “IBS Starb”, Bobbyc, “IBS Design”, “IPS Services”, IPS services S.

The Director General of the Dubai Land and Property Department, Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, said that “hosting the 21st session of the IPS 2025 exhibition confirms Dubai’s continuous commitment to enhance its position as a global destination for real estate investment, as the exhibition provides a strategic platform that brings together experts, investors and companies, to explore cooperation opportunities and review the latest projects and technologies that reformulate the standards of the sector.”

He pointed out that Dubai has achieved exceptional results in the real estate sector, with record growth in investments, and the launch of qualitative projects that reflect the confidence of investors and companies in the emirate market.
