Iraq, Turkey and the United Kingdom top the growth of new foreign companies in the Dubai Chamber

The number of new Iraqi companies joining the membership of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce increased to 1718 companies in 2024 compared to 1247 new Iraqi companies that joined the membership in 2023, with a growth of 37.8%. The number of new Turkish companies that joined the membership increased to 1314 companies in 2024 compared to 1047 new Turkish companies in 2023, with a growth of 25.5%. The number of new companies from the United Kingdom, which joined the Chamber’s membership during the past year, reached 2588 companies registered with a growth of 14.2% compared to 2267 new companies in 2023.
During the year 2024, India was first dissolved in the number of foreign new companies joining the membership of the Chamber from non -Emiratis, as last year witnessed the joining of 16,623 thousand new Indian companies to membership of the Dubai Chamber of Commerce. Pakistan ranked second with 8179 new companies, while Egypt ranked third with the number of new Egyptian companies registered with the room membership of 5302 companies.
The number of new Syrian companies that joined the Dubai Chamber of Commerce membership during the past year reached 2764 companies, ranked fourth, and the United Kingdom came fifth with 2588 companies, followed by Bangladesh in the sixth place with 2369 companies, and then Iraq came seventh, where 1718 companies joined A new Iraqi for membership of the Chamber during the year 2024.
During the year 2024, the Dubai Chamber of Commerce witnessed 1474 new Jordanian companies joining the Chamber’s membership, so Jordan ranked eighth, while China ranked ninth with 1473 new Chinese companies joining the Chamber’s membership, and Turkey ranked tenth with 1314 companies.
The field of trade and services acquired about 41.1% of the total activity of new companies that joined the Chamber’s membership in the year 2024, followed by the field of real estate, rents and business services, which acquired 32.9% of the total activity of new companies, while the construction and construction sector ranked third with 10.5%, Of the total activity of new companies joining the Chamber’s membership in the year 2024. The transportation, storage and communications sector came fourth By 8.4%.
