Khorfakkan dismisses coach Isaila…and Al-Nimr is a replacement


Khorfakkan Football Club Company announced on Thursday the dismissal of Romanian coach Daniel Isaella from his position as coach of the first team.

The club said through its official account on “X”: “The Board of Directors of Khor Fakkan Football Club extends its thanks to the technical staff for the period they spent with the team, wishing them success in their upcoming career.”

For his part, member of the club’s board of directors, Nayef Al-Mansouri, revealed in media statements the contract with the national coach, Abdul Majeed Al-Nimr, to succeed Daniel Isaella.

Khor Fakkan ranks 11th in the ADNOC Professional League standings with seven points after seven rounds of the competition.

The team also bid farewell to the President’s Cup tournament after losing to Ajman, 1-2, in the 16th round. It also bid farewell to the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup tournament after losing to Sharjah, back and forth.
