“Meydan” awards a contract worth 529 million dirhams to implement “Naya in District One”


Meydan Company, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Properties, announced yesterday that it had awarded a contract worth 529 million dirhams to Bhatia General Contracting Company, for the construction work of the “Naya in District One” residential project, whose atmosphere is inspired by resort life in “ Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.

The new project, expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2027, includes three residential towers whose roofs are decorated with green gardens, and includes a total of 456 apartments consisting of one, two, three and four bedrooms, and “lagoon” villas.

“Meydan” reported, in a statement, that “Bhatia” Company will build the three towers, the first consisting of ground and 20 floors, the second consisting of ground and 12 floors, and the third consisting of ground and 16 floors, in addition to public facilities designated for residents.

The CEO of Dubai Holding Properties, Khalid Al Malik, said: “The Naya project in District One sets a new standard for residential projects in the UAE, thanks to its advanced design and distinguished facilities. It also provides its residents with the opportunity to connect with nature and experience an upscale living experience closer to home.” Resort life.
