His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, may God protect him, chaired the first Cabinet meeting of the new year.
His Highness said in his official account on the “X” platform: “Today I chaired the first meeting of the Council of Ministers in the new year… a year of goodness, blessing, prosperity and stability for the people of the Emirates, God willing…”
His Highness continued: “During the meeting, we reviewed the harvest of the year 2024… and it was the best economic and development year that the UAE has experienced since its founding, thank God… Our country has strengthened its global presence under the leadership of my brother, the President of the State, may God protect him…”
His Highness added: “More than 140 international agreements were signed during the year 2024 in the fields of economy, sustainability, clean energy, technology, artificial intelligence, security, defense, international humanitarian work, and others.”
