Moroccan Javier Allawi won the main fight of the 56th joint Arab-African edition of the “Emirates Warriors” series of mixed martial arts championships, which began the day before yesterday, at the “Space 42” hall in Abu Dhabi, in the first competition of the new season 2025.
Allawi was crowned the main fight champion after defeating Angola’s Demarte Peña in the lightweight division after a strong fight between the two sides.
The competitions also witnessed the victory of Cameroonian Jorlis Deia over Egyptian Hassan Mandour, and Moroccan Hasna Jaber over Egyptian Farida Mohamed, by technical judge in the flyweight division.
For his part, Mohammed bin Dalmuj Al Dhaheri, a member of the Board of Directors of the UAE Jiu-Jitsu Federation and Chairman of the Mixed Martial Arts Committee, said in press statements: “We are proud of this continued success of the UAE Warriors Championship, and with its new launch in 2025, it has placed itself in the position it deserves with the participation of elite stars from All over the world.
