His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, affirmed the pioneering position of the Emirate of Fujairah in the sports sector in general, and martial arts in particular, and its keenness through sports institutions and clubs to attract young and youth to participate in sports competitions that rise in this vital field, locally, regionally and globally.
This came during the attendance of His Highness, the conclusion of the fourth edition of the “Mohammed bin Hamad Ramadan Course for Martial Arts”, in the Zayed Sports Complex in the emirate, in the presence of Sheikh Dr. Rashid bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Chairman of the Fujairah Authority for Culture and Information, and Sheikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, son of His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah.
His Highness pointed to the directives of His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Muhammad Al Sharqi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Fujairah, to enrich and develop the sports scene and pay attention to the field of combat games of all kinds, and continue to distinguish in it among sports, and support the state’s vision and future directions in a way that serves the advancement in it.
His Highness praised the efforts of the organizing committee for the session and the success of its goals during all its copies by encouraging the players and players of martial arts to participate in it, develop their skills, and refine their talents, to achieve the best competitive levels.
His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah crowned the winners of the fencing games “one weight”, wrestling, taekwondo, judo, karate, and boxing.
His Highness, Sheikh Salem Al Qasimi, President of the Fencing Federation, President of the Boxing Union, Anas Al -Otaiba, Secretary General of the Judo Federation, Nasser Al -Tamimi, the Secretary -General of the Taekwondo Federation, Abdullah Al -Samahi, the Vice President of the Karate Federation, Rashid Al Ali, and the Executive Director of the Wrestling Union, Sultan Al -Ketbi.
The conclusion of the session was attended by the Director of the Office of His Highness the Crown Prince of Fujairah, President of the Emirates Taekwondo Federation, Dr. Ahmed Hamdan Al -Zyoudi, and the director of the Fujairah Martial Arts Club, Nader Abu Shawish.
