The Al -Hilal and Zabeel teams shared at the top of the second group of volleyball competitions, held within the activities of the 12th edition of the “Nad Al -Sheba Sports Course”, the largest sporting event of its kind, which was launched and sponsored by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and it is held annually during the holy month of Ramadan in the Nad Al -Sheba Sports Complex, under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed Dubai Sports, with the slogan “Border capabilities”.
The Serbian, Dosan Betkovic, led Al -Hilal team to win the heavenly team 3-1, after he managed to score 22 points alone over the four runs in the tournament.
Al -Hilal managed to resolve the result of the first and second half of its interest with a score of 26-24 and 25-20.

For his part, the Serbian international player, Dosan Betkovic, and a professional in the Italian League, expressed his admiration for the distinguished organization that the volleyball championships appeared in the Nad Al -Sheba tournament.
He told «Emirates Today», this is the first time that I participated in the Nad Al -Sheba course competitions, but I have previously visited Dubai before, and I am very impressed with the great development in the world of the world and its renaissance in all fields.

The Serbian player stressed the strength of the competitions witnessed by the volleyball championship in the Nad Al -Sheba tournament this year, stressing that all the teams have the same chances in crowning the title. He said: «The tournament includes professional players at a high level, and some of them play in their country’s teams, and this is what made the first round witness a club and excitement, and I expect that excitement will increase in the rest of the rounds.
Dosan Betkovic plays, in the ranks of Italian Grotazolina, and has previously won the top scorer of the Italian League 2018 season, and he crowned the youth team for his country with the gold medal of the World Championship in 2009.
“Dubai Ambulance Services” and “Dubai Police” lead the “chairs basket”
The Dubai Ambulance Corporation team managed to achieve a strong victory over the Dubai Municipality team with a score of 30-22, in the fifth day of the basketball championship on the wheelchairs held in the Dubai Club for the owners of determination, and with this victory the Dubai Ambulance Foundation team led the second group ranking with eight points, thus excluding the municipal team from the lead and retreating to second place with seven points.
