In detail, an employee filed a lawsuit against his former employer, demanding that it be obligated to pay him an end-of-service bonus worth 80,000 dirhams, in addition to the legal interest of 12% from the date of filing the lawsuit until full payment, and obliging the defendant to pay the fees and expenses, and that the ruling include immediate entry into force. For its part, the court explained that what is stated in the employment contract, which was presented by the company, is that the plaintiff’s total wage is 25 thousand dirhams, and the basic wage is 10 thousand dirhams according to the employment contract, and that the employment relationship began on April 15, 2020, and not as the plaintiff claims that it began on the first day. The court ruled in the presence of the defendant to pay the plaintiff an amount of 56 thousand and 416 dirhams, and obligated her to pay expenses within the limits of the amount decided. The court ordered that the ruling include immediate enforcement without bail, and rejected all other requests.
