Real estate exhibitions “open market” stimulate sales and citizen intermediaries


The officials of real estate companies participating in the “IBS 2025” real estate exhibition said that the exhibitions are the important ingredients for the development of real estate sales in the emirate’s markets, while attracting visitors interested in investing in real estate from within the country, the region and the world, and it is also a catalyst that supports the activity of real estate brokers from citizens.

They explained to «Emirates Today» – on the sidelines of the activities of the 21st session of the exhibition, whose activities were launched at the Dubai World Trade Center – that real estate exhibitions, especially those that include international participation of real estate investment companies, contribute to enhancing Dubai’s real estate status, as it is an open market in one place for investors, stressing the importance of expanding exhibitions that allow the participation of brokers and citizen companies.

In detail, the director of the company “The Prim Idris Proveret”, Mira Jumaa Al -Ali, told “Emirates Today”: “Real estate exhibitions are an important possibility for local real estate companies, to develop and revitalize sales, through their availability of open platforms that bring together investors, brokers, and real estate development companies.”

She added that «the (IBS) exhibition showed the developed place of Dubai real estate, whether in front of the participating international companies, or in front of visitors and investors from inside and outside the country», stressing the importance of expanding real estate exhibitions that allow the participation of brokers and citizen companies to display their services and increase their sales of real estate.

For his part, the director and founder of the “Bencles Real Estate Company”, Sultan Al -Ketbi, said that “real estate exhibitions are important and useful for real estate companies in supporting sales at greater rates, as well as a platform and an open market that brings together brokers, investors and real estate development companies”, pointing out that “many investors prefer direct communication with companies and real estate brokers, especially in initial meetings, which is what such exhibitions provide Real Estate ».

He believed that “real estate exhibitions are also a catalyst that supports the activity of real estate brokers from citizens, by allocating platforms for them, which supports their work and raising their sales shares.”

He continued: «Despite the great activity that Dubai markets are witnessing during the recent period in real estate sales, this does not dispense with continuing to organize specialized exhibitions in the real estate sector, especially those that bring together international participation, such as the (ABS) exhibition, which enhances the positive image of Dubai Real Estate Status globally, with the review of the projects presented by real estate developers, and the extent of the development of the initiatives presented by the organizers of the real estate sector.

In the same context, the head of business development at the company «OPEGCCON», Ismail Qasanov, agreed that real estate exhibitions are important activities to stimulate real estate activity in the local markets.

He said: “The urban scene in Dubai is developing at an accelerated pace, and those who put flexibility, compliance and sustainability at the heart of their investment strategies, they will be at the best site to face fluctuations and seize the chances of achieving sustainable value.”

He continued: «The Real Estate Market in Dubai is no longer just building structures, but rather has to build the future. The long -term vision of the city that it directs (Dubai Urban Plan 2040) gives priority to luxury, quality of life, smart urban infrastructure, and by 2040, Dubai aims to double green spaces and entertainment facilities, increase spaces designated for education and health, and ensure to live 55% of the population is no more than 800 meters from public transportation.

He stressed that «these goals reshape the way real estate developers plan, and the way investors establish future projects.

The Head of Marketing and Sales at the Federation of Real Estate, Tania Mills, agreed that real estate exhibitions are important factors that stimulate sales growth, enhance Dubai real estate status, and provides an open platform to bring together investors and developers to display the most prominent real estate projects and new investment opportunities.


A destination for specialists and investors

“The exhibitions stimulate real estate sales at greater rates by reviewing the projects of developers, and the presence of investors and mediators in one place,” said Dawood Al -Shizawi, head of the IBS exhibition.

He added that «(IBS) exhibition – which brings together many international companies specialized in real estate from about 85 nationalities – strengthens Dubai’s position as a distinctive destination for specialists and investors in the real estate sector.
