Sheikh Saeed bin Maktoum bin Jumaa Al Maktoum, President of the Emirates Federation for Park, crowned the winners of the International Federation for Junior Category, which was held on Sunday in the Nad Al -Sheba Sports Complex Hall, within the activities of the twelfth edition of the “Nad Al -Sheba Sports Course”, currently held in Dubai.
The duo Ahmed Al -Hashemi and Aaron Rubio won first place in the under 18 years of age, while the duo Antonio Palma and Alessandro Beiruta finished second.
In the under -16 category, the same duo Ahmed Al -Hashemi and Aaron Rubio won the first place, followed by the duo Ramtan Rafii Borujni and Ali Taqiya Zadeh in second place.
In the under -14 category, the duo Hamdan Al -Hashemi and Mario Brocal Avilis crowned first place, while the duo will be dazzled by Mozhakh and Ramed Ravenjini in second place.
On the rest of the competitions, the Algerian cyclist Hamza Yassin continued his brilliance in bicycle races, maintaining the title of the open race for men for a distance of 74 km, within the activities of the session.
Yassin, 28, confirmed his position as one of the best Arab and African cyclists, as he succeeded in preserving his title for the second year in a row, after he finished the race with a time of 1:33:09 hours, outperforming a part of a second on Abdullah Jassim Al Ali, who finished second, while Ahmed Al -Mansoori came in third place.
In the category of senior citizens and residents, the British Simon Cox won first place after finishing the race for a distance of 37 km in a time of 51:11 minutes, while the Algerian Khalil Haddad came in second place with a time of 51:14 minutes, and his Algerian fellow Noureddine Hoshin came in third place for the second year in a row with a time of 52:52 minutes.
In the category of determination, “Road bicycles – C. Class” for a distance of 18 km, Emirati Abdullah Salem Al Balushi won first place with a time of 25:19 minutes, followed by Ahmed Mohamed Saif Al -Badawi in the second place with a time of 25:24 minutes, while Saudi Uday Hamdan Al -Sharari came in third place with a time of 26:35 minutes.
In the category of determination, “Hand Bicycles – H class”, Omani Sami Al -Sulaimi won first place with a time of 31:50 minutes, followed by Emirati Saeed Rashid Juma Al Dhaheri in the second place with a time of 31:50 minutes, while Emirati Theban Salem Al -Muhairi finished third with a time of 36:22 minutes.
In the category of the blind people with the blind people, “My Category, B and Ta”, the Saudi Abdullah Al -Mullawi won first place with a time of 26:34 minutes, followed by the Emirati Badr Abdulaziz in second place with a time of 33:43 minutes, while Emirati Ahmed Abdullah Al Shamsi came in third place with a time of 35:43 minutes.
