A mansion on “Dream Street” in Dubai was sold today for 200 million dirhams, according to a press release.

The palace is located in the Hills Grove complex within Dubai Hills Estate.

The palace was built on an area of ​​​​more than 37,700 square feet, and consists of four floors that include a roof terrace, a basement, and a spacious garden with a uniquely designed swimming pool. It also provides distinct panoramic views of the golf course and the wonderful skyline of downtown Dubai and Burj Khalifa.

Hills Grove, one of the exclusive communities in Dubai Hills Estate, is home to only 26 palaces, and the location enjoys charming views of the golf course and picturesque lakes.

In a related context, the real estate market in Dubai reached its peak last October, recording more than 20,000 transactions with a total value of 60.5 billion UAE dirhams (16.47 billion US dollars).
