Sharjah announces 3 players obtaining Emirati citizenship


Sharjah Club announced that three players in the first football team have obtained Emirati citizenship, namely the trio, Caio Lucas, Meloni, and Othman Camara, to be a strong addition to the team next season.

Sharjah continues to prepare for its first matches in the new football season 2024-2025, and will face Khorfakkan in the first leg of the preliminary round of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup.

Sharjah Club published a photo of the team’s trio, Caio Lucas, Meloni, and Othman Camara, on its official account on the social networking site “X”. The official account commented on the photo, saying: “We congratulate the King’s trio on the honor of obtaining Emirati citizenship.”

The three players will participate with Sharjah Club next season as local players, after obtaining Emirati citizenship.
