“Sharjah Hand” reaches the semi-finals of Asian clubs


The handball team at the Sharjah Club qualified for the fourth time in history for the semi-finals of the Asian Champions Club Championship, after its victory, yesterday, over the Iranian “Mis Kerman” team with a score of (36-25), in the quarter-finals of the tournament currently being held in its 27th edition, hosted by The Qatari capital, Doha, extends until the 23rd of this month.

Sharjah followed in the footsteps of 2017, 2018 and 2019, in reaching the “Golden Square”, setting a date in the semi-finals of the current edition with the winner of the exclusive Kuwaiti confrontation, which brings together the Kazma and Kuwait teams.

The Sharjah players knew how to impose their rhythm on the course of the match, and end the first half with a two-goal lead with a score of (16-14), and then gradually move away from the difference during the course of the second half.
