Al -Ahly youth coach, Portuguese Paulo Souza, confirmed that his running for the President’s Cup final is an exceptional event for him in his first season with the team, stressing the difficulty of facing Sharjah for the seventh time in the current season, describing him as a fierce team, and scoring goals from the lowest number of opportunities he gets.

Souza said, at the current press conference of the match, at the Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi: “I am happy in the final of the President’s Cup, which is the most important championship in the Emirates football, and certainly there is no more beautiful than the qualification of the Al -Ahly and Sharjah youth teams to the final, after they presented good levels throughout the season.”

He praised the coach, Olario Cosmin, and said: “A great honor for me to play a new match, in front of a great coach like Olario Cosmin, who has great experience in the country, and a wonderful history and I wish him success in his next mission with the Emirates national team.”

He added: «We know each other very well, especially as it is this match

It is the seventh that brings the two teams this season. ”

He continued: “Sharjah is a fierce team and has packages in all attacks and the way of playing, and it needs few opportunities to score goals, as it is greatly organized in the defense line, and its players have great skills in carrying out counterattacks.”

And he added, “We want to get a new title, so that it becomes a historic season for Al -Ahly youth.”
