Suhail bin Mubarak Al Ketbi.. “the cheerful poet” to God’s mercy

The deceased poet Suhail bin Mubarak Al Ketbi, who was born in 1946, was known for his kindness and grace that embodies the morals of the people of the Emirates. He was the grandfather of the two sons of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan. May God have mercy on him, forgive him, honor his home, and expand his entrance.

On his official account on Twitter, His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, mourned the deceased, saying: “The great deceased and poet Suhail bin Mubarak Al Ketbi was an example of a lover of his country who cared for his community and its people.
