“Tanai 8Y” leads the UAE International Free Jumping Championship in the wind tunnel


The “Tanai 8Y” team topped the opening day of the UAE International Freediving Championship in the wind tunnel, the first stage of which is hosted by the “Clym” facility on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.
More than 200 elite international athletes are participating in the tournament, with the participating teams presenting outstanding performances in one of the most prominent indoor skydiving events.
The “Tnai 8Y” team was able to achieve 112 points during the five rounds held so far, with an average score of 22.40, to take the lead in the standings.
The Kuzbass Arena team came in second place with 90 points, while the Nomads team came in third place with 76 points. The competitions of the first stage of the tournament will continue until tomorrow, while the second stage will move to the “Sky Dive Dubai” site on the 25th and 26th of this month.
