The Ariella Sailing Race starts in Abu Dhabi tomorrow


Yesterday, registration was closed to participate in the Arila 60-foot sailboat race, which is organized by the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club, tomorrow, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler’s Representative in the Al Dhafra Region. The Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club stated, in a press statement, The past few days have witnessed a great demand for registration through the club’s website, and it is expected that more than 90 players will compete for the valuable prizes that will be awarded. It was spotted, at the forefront of which are three cars that are won by the first three places.

The race, which is the third round for the 60-foot class of bearings, will be held within the program of events organized by the Abu Dhabi Marine Sports Club during the current season, which includes races for all classes of bearings.

The bearings are expected to sail 28 nautical miles towards the finish line in front of the flagpole on the Abu Dhabi Corniche, where the winning bearing crews will be crowned.
