“The Brigadier” and Baniyas reach the final of the Volleyball Cup

Al-Nasr and Baniyas qualified for the final round of the Men’s Volleyball Federation Cup, as they face off the day after tomorrow, in the first leg, and next Friday, in the return leg.

The regulations of the Air Force Federation stipulate that a playoff match – in the event that the two teams exchange wins in the final – will be held on October 22nd.

Al-Nasr had reached the final with a difficult victory over its neighbor Al-Wasl 3-1, the day before yesterday, in a match whose first half witnessed the victory of “Al-Ameed” with a score of 25-23, before the second narrowly lost 24-26, and the excitement continued in the third half, which was decided by Al-Nasr 27 -25, then winning the fourth game 25-17.

In the second match, Baniyas clinched the qualification ticket by defeating Hatta 3-1, in a match in which the advantage of the Heavenly team became clear. Although Baniyas lost in the first half 19-25, it rose up and achieved victory in three consecutive games by 25-22, 25-21 and 25-21.
