The Godolphin team in Australia announced that the colt, Traffic Warden, affiliated with the stallion Street Boss, will represent the royal “Blue Emblem” in the famous Australian “The Everest” race, which will be held on October 19 at the “Royal Randwick” track.
Godolphin’s General Manager in Australia, Andy McKeeve, said in a press statement: “We are pleased that Traffic Warden will represent the Godolphin team in The Everest Race, as he is a distinguished three-year-old colt and comes from the offspring of our best stallion (Street Boss). “It highlights the amazing efforts of our employees, from the work teams to the farms and racing stables.”
In turn, Godolphin team coach James Cummings said: “The horse made two outstanding appearances this season, with his victory in the Run to the Rose race for the second category horses, and his wonderful performance in the Golden Rose race for the first category horses, in which he came in second place behind his teammate. The stable is (Broadsideing), and the horse is in good condition after returning from his last participation, and he will participate in his third participation this season, which makes him at the height of his preparation for (The Everest).”
He added: “Jockey Jimmy Kah, a multiple-time winner in the first category races, will drive the Traffic Warden in the famous Australian race.”
