The Emirates Athletics Federation announced the organization of the Emirates Cup Championship from 25 to 27 April, at the Military Sports Division Stadium in Abu Dhabi, at the closing station of the current season.
The Federation affirmed the completion of technical and organizational arrangements to ensure the success of the tournament.
On the other hand, the athletics team returned to the country, on the evening of yesterday, after the conclusion of its participation in the sixth edition of the Asian Championship for Junior and U -18, which was hosted by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The team achieved an exceptional achievement by harvesting two historical golds through the runner Maryam Karim, which contributed to achieving the seventh place in the overall ranking among 29 participating countries.
