The Iraqi Federation regrets the “riot” of the match of Nowruz and Zakho


Yesterday, the Iraqi Football Association expressed its great regret for the riots that accompanied the match of Nowruz and its guest, Zakho, after not calculating a goal due to infiltration for the host team, and prompted the referee to stop it, as part of the 29th stage competition Between the supporters of the two teams on the stands, before they swept the field, the international referee, Zaid Thamer, decided to stop the match.

The Iraqi Federation considered what happened “a real violation of the Semitic messages that the union seeks to consolidate in the green rectangle,” and added, “We show our regret for what happened, we confirm that we will deal firmly with all the extraneous cases on our stadiums.”
