The Jiu-Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts Federation announced the extension of the UAE National Mixed Martial Arts Championship, to be held next Saturday and Sunday, instead of one day, at the “Mubadala Arena” in Abu Dhabi.
He said in a statement yesterday, “This step comes in the wake of the great demand from male and female players from different age groups to participate in the tournament, which reflects the increasing popularity of mixed martial arts in the country, and the organizing committee has adjusted the schedule for the tournament to accommodate the noticeable growth in numbers.” Participants in each category, while ensuring the provision of an integrated competitive environment.”
The increase in tournament days highlights the Federation’s keenness to keep pace with the aspirations of the players and the public, which contributes to the development of the sport of mixed martial arts and enhances the participants’ experience.
