The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in coordination with the National Guard – National Search and Rescue Center, carried out the third air ambulance operation for an Emirati family that was involved in a serious traffic accident in the sisterly Sultanate of Oman. This mission reflects the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ unwavering commitment to protecting Emirati citizens abroad, ensuring their safety, and affirming its effective role in providing the necessary support and rapid response to them in emergency situations.
In close cooperation with the Omani authorities, the third successful air ambulance operation was carried out for the injured woman from the Sultanate of Oman to the UAE, to ensure that she completes her treatment in her home country, accompanied by her family members.
In this context, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs appreciates the efforts of the Omani authorities and their prominent role in providing support to the UAE Embassy in Muscat, which contributed significantly to the success of this medical evacuation mission.
