The Ministry of Sports announced today the conclusion of two new strategic partnerships with the two companies (Playermaker) to enhance the strategy of discovering and sponsoring talent in the country through the “school games” and “university games”, which are organized by the Emirates Sports Federation for School and University Education Institutions in cooperation with the Ministry and a number of partners.
University games will end their activities on April 19 and 20, while school games will end next May.
This initiative represents an important qualitative shift in the ministry’s long -term vision, to build a global -level system in discovering promising sporting talents throughout the UAE.
As part of this partnership, PRECISIONALOLAL will lead the discovery of football talents, while Playermaker will detect talent in 7 other sports.
Each company will work independently within its own scope, to provide its in -depth quality experiences and advanced technology to support the process of exploring talent and evaluating athletes based on data.
These partnerships will be activated experimentally during the finals of the university games and school games in the UAE, and the scouts with experience from the two companies will provide a qualitative assessment of potential talents, supported by video recordings of competitions and professional devices that can be wearing to collect quantitative data for more analytical data.
To increase the level of experiences of the specialized authorities in the process of exploring talents with Emirati sport, the two companies organize specialized educational and practical workshops before the start of the school games finals.
