The organizing committee of the “Nad Al -Sheba Sports Course” held a coordination meeting to discuss preparations to organize the 12th edition of the sports session, which was launched and sponsored by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, and is held annually in the Nad Al -Sheba complex The athlete, under the direction of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council.

For his part, Adel Al -Bannai said: “The increase in the numbers of sports this year comes in line with the pioneering sports role of the course and to achieve its great goals, as the course contributes every year to publishing and developing different sports and upgrading the level of its practitioners through annual competitions, and two sports were added this year to provide an opportunity for everyone To practice their favorite sport, in cooperation with the local federation for each game, and one of the most prominent new sports that was added is the archery sport by running (Targt Sprint) that takes place on 10 and 11 Ramadan, and it is allowed to participate everyone within 10 age groups from six to 59 years, and various categories Among the citizens and residents from within the state and citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries, male and female, in which competition is through shooting with running for different distances according to each category, and the championship is subject to the laws and regulations of the Emirates Federation for the modern five.

Adel Al -Bannai affirmed that the organizing committee operates according to an action plan to end the preparations and logistical preparations to organize the course in a manner that is appropriate for its position and value, as the main hall of Nad Al -Sheba hosts the volleyball championship, Jujitsu, fencing, archery with running, flying feather, and basketball with moving chairs, while The Al -Badel Championship is held in the neighboring hall designated for the Pour, and the running race is held in the field of field, and the bicycle race in Maidan Street and different areas of the city of Mohammed bin Rashid.

At the meeting, the latest logistical preparations for the session and the preparation of the participants in each sport were reviewed, and the schedule of the 11 championship competitions included in the tournament program was reviewed.
