The Sheikh Zayed Ramadan Festival championship will start tomorrow

The “Sheikh Zayed Ramadan Festival Championship” will be launched in partnership between the supreme committee organizing the festival and the Abu Dhabi Sports Council, and sponsored by Emirates NBD, and the competitions will continue until the nineteenth of this March.

The statement issued today by the organizing committee stated that the tournament is one of the largest and most important Ramadan sports championships at the state level, expected to have wide participation from different groups of society.

The tournament comes within the framework of efforts to consolidate the position of the Sheikh Zayed Festival as a major destination for hosting major Ramadan sporting events, and spreading a culture of physical activity among members of society.

The championship includes ten sports games: (Seven Football, Plot, Beach Volleyball, Running Racing, Bicycle Racing, Heritage Games (Cord and Motor Perfumes), Budget Fall, Table Tennis, and Chess). The event will witness the provision of valuable incentives and prizes to the public, through daily withdrawals and immediate gifts, in appreciation of their interaction and support for the championship.

The organizing committee emphasized that the tournament provides an integrated sports and recreational environment, which combines challenge and pleasure, through a series of interesting competitions that contribute to raising the level of societal interaction with sport. And she will monitor her huge financial prizes that exceed more than a million dirhams, in order to enhance the competitive nature and stimulate the wide participation of different groups.

Financial prizes were distributed to the sports participating in the championship by 180 thousand dirhams for the Seven Football Football, 60 thousand dirhams for the pair, and the same for beach volleyball, 127 thousand dirhams for the running race, 113 thousand dirhams for the bicycle race, 155 thousand for heritage games (tightening the cord and the sermon), and 35 thousand for the feathers, and the same for table tennis, and the same for chess, and it will be able Visitors from participating in daily withdrawals and entertainment competitions that provide them with chances of winning cash and special gifts.
