Today, at the Museum of the Future in Dubai, the United Arab Emirates University organized the first series of the Community Program to Zero Bureaucracy, with the participation of representatives of government agencies and institutions in the country, under the title “The Conceptual Framework for Artificial Intelligence in Enhancing Organizational Efficiency and Reducing Bureaucracy.”
Dr. Ahmed Ali Al-Raisi, Acting Director of the University, said during his opening speech that our meeting today, as leading national institutions, comes within an important framework that is in line with government directions, as we work together to activate and accelerate the implementation of the “Zero-Government Bureaucracy” program launched by the UAE government, in order to raise efficiency levels. The quality and flexibility of government in the country.
He added that through this meeting, we will cooperate in developing innovative solutions for artificial intelligence applications, which will contribute directly to reducing government bureaucracy, as this initiative will give us the opportunity to move towards a sustainable future, which will enhance our outputs and work programs and push us towards new horizons.
He stressed the importance of artificial intelligence in reducing bureaucracy and enhancing effective communication between various government agencies, and said, “Through these efforts, we contribute to supporting the country’s strategy to build a more advanced technical future, to be part of its journey towards excellence and creativity in the fields of artificial applications.”
During the meeting, Dr. Nizar Zaki, an expert in artificial intelligence at the UAE University, reviewed the most prominent solutions supported by artificial intelligence and their importance towards zeroing out government bureaucracy, and ways to build a theoretical framework for zeroing bureaucracy, while opinions were exchanged on employing artificial intelligence to achieve the goals of the zeroing government bureaucracy programme.
