He added: “Your presence among us today expresses the vision of our wise leadership in supporting creativity in all its forms, in a way that establishes the position of the UAE as an incubator for culture and a meeting place for creators from different parts of the world.”
He pointed out that this event is not just a concert, but rather a message that expresses the depth of ties between different arts, and shows how creativity can be a bridge for dialogue and communication between cultures.
The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) was adopted in 2025 years to celebrate the centenary of the poet Sultan Al -Owais (1925-2025).
The concert, presented by the traditional symphony band, which included more than 60 musicians and singers led by the Maestro Mohammed Al -Qahoum, started with a set of Gulf heritage pieces, interspersed with seduced clips of poems by the poet Sultan Al Owais, and the band also presented colors of Gulf musical heritage in a contemporary way, while the audience repeated, and on The rhythm of musical heritage, songs stuck in memory from the cultural conscience of the region.
At the end of the ceremony, Dr. Suleiman Musa Al -Jassem presented the Al -Owais Memorial Foundation for Mistro Muhammad Al -Qahoum and his band, and thanked them for their authentic art and wished them success in their efforts to preserve an artistic identity full of cultural energy for creative melodies.
The ceremony was attended by more than 1,800 spectators of different cultural stripes, given the poet Sultan Al Owais, who is one of the most prominent and shiny of the UAE poets of the great cultural value, and what the musician Mohammed Al -Qahoum represents a creative presence on the artistic scene.
