Dubai International Marine Sports Club announced the participation of the “Victorian” team in the World Championship for fast boats “XCat” in Bojurqin, with the aim of competing for the title of 2025 season, which will start tomorrow, from the Emirate of Fujairah, where it hosts the opening round until next Sunday.
The team will be represented in the Grand Fujairah Award 2025, each of the “Victory 7” boat, led by the duo Salem Al -Adidi and Issa Al Ali, who was crowned the championship title in 2017, in addition to the “Victorian 33” boat led by Ahmed Abdel Karim Al -Fahim and the American Gary Balt.
The Director of Teams Department at the Dubai International Marine Sports Club, Ahmed Ali Al -Sumaiti, confirmed that the team is looking forward to achieving distinguished results in the opening round hosted by the Fujairah International Marine Sports Club.
He said that the club administration was keen to renew the contract with the national duo, Salem Al -Adidi and Issa Al Ali, who enjoy extensive experience and a busy record, after they were crowned the championship title in 2017, and they are able to repeat this achievement in the new season.
He added that the club agreed to the participation of a second boat in the Fujairah tour exceptionally, where the “Victorian 33” boat will witness the first appearance of the hero Ahmed Abdel Karim Al -Fahim, who had previously participated with “Victorian” in the World Championships of Rapid Boards – Formula 1 in 2023 and 2024, along with the side The American is going on the entering.
