What is the legal responsibility of the writer of rent checks on behalf of the tenant?

The lawyer, Shouq Al-Kathiri, said that the legal responsibility on the people who sign rental checks on behalf of the tenant will be in solidarity with him, and therefore it is permissible for the person who signs these checks, along with the tenant, to litigate before the Rental Disputes Settlement Center.
