Meydan, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Properties, announced the award of a contract worth more than one billion dirhams to Genco General Contracting Company to build the second phase of the “First District West” project within Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.
Under the contract, Genco General Contracting will construct luxury villas in the second phase of the “First District West” project, in addition to the associated infrastructure and other works.
Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Properties, said that the second phase of the project will set new standards in the distinguished residential experiences provided to our growing customer base of buyers of luxury homes.
Engineer Masoud Ghayath, Managing Director of Genco General Contracting, said that the construction and real estate sector represents one of the main engines of growth of the local economy, and the second phase of the project will emerge as a model of excellence.
The second phase of the “First District West” project includes 229 villas located within a gated community.
