10 stocks account for 55.7% of the liquidity of the local financial markets

The shares of 10 companies listed in the local financial markets accounted for 55.74% of the liquidity of the local financial markets, at the end of yesterday’s session, the first session of the new year.

The companies included Emaar Properties, Talabat, Emaar Development, and SALIC, as well as Shuaa Capital, Emirates NBD, International Holding, ADNOC Drilling, Alpha Dhabi, and Multiplay Group.

According to data from the Dubai Financial Market and Abu Dhabi Securities Market, the total volume of liquidity traded on the 10 stocks amounted to about 736.28 million dirhams, while liquidity in the local financial markets as a whole reached about 1.321 billion dirhams.

Emaar Properties shares topped the market activity in “Dubai Financial” in terms of liquidity with about 176.874 million dirhams, followed by “talabat” shares with about 50.36 million dirhams, then “Emaar Development” shares with about 46.45 million dirhams, and “SALIC” shares with about 38.57 million dirhams. Then “Shuaa Capital” shares amounted to about 29.034 million dirhams, and “Emirates Dubai” shares National Bank” at about 20.036 million dirhams.

As for the Abu Dhabi Securities Market, the market activity in terms of liquidity in yesterday’s session was topped by “International Holding” stock with about 167.533 million dirhams, followed by “ADNOC Drilling” stock with about 76.78 million dirhams, then “Alpha Dhabi” stock with about 74.49 million dirhams. Then “Multiplay” shares were valued at about 56.15 million dirhams.
