The Emirates Football Association announced its participation in the first Gulf myths championship organized by the Arab Gulf Cup and hosted by the State of Kuwait from 20 to 24 February, with the participation of eight teams that were distributed to two groups, where the Emirates team plays in the first group alongside Kuwait and Oman teams And Qatar, while the second group included the teams of Saudi Arabia, Iraq, Bahrain and Yemen.
The Football Association has formed the technical and administrative bodies of the national team, where the national coach Jumaa Rabie was appointed as coach of the team in this tournament, the national coach Walid Obaid Assistant, Mohamed Obaid Hammad as director of the national team, and Abdul Qadir Hassan administratively.
The list of the national team participating in the championship included 19 players from a group of former players, namely: Majed Nasser, Walid Salem, Bashir Saeed, Muhannad Al -Anzi, Youssef Jaber, Munther Ali, Juma Khater, Abdullah Malallah, Ahmed Khamis, Siteb Khater, Salem Khamis Hilal Saeed, Abdul Rahim Jumaa, Nasser Khamis, Rami Salam, Faisal Khalil, Muhammad Sorour, Ismail Matar, Saeed Al -Kass.
The team performs its first training share at five in the evening tomorrow, Monday, at the Diab Awana Stadium at the headquarters of the Football Association in Dubai.
