287 horses in the Ajman Arabian Horse Championship

Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, and the follow-up and supervision of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, the 22nd edition of the Ajman Arabian Horse Championship will begin tomorrow, under the supervision of the Emirates Arabian Horse Association, and will continue for three days, with the participation of… 287 horses.

Yesterday, the organizing committee of the tournament held a press conference to reveal the details of the tournament, in the presence of the Chairman of the Supreme Committee of the Championship, Director General of Ajman Stud, Khaled Al-Amiri, the Vice-Chairman of the Committee, Ahmed Al-Rais, the Executive Director of the Ajman Government Media Office, Member of the Committee, Mohammed Al-Kaabi, and the Director-General of the Emirates Association. Muhammad Al Kaabi stressed that the participation of 287 horses of the purest and most beautiful breeds enhances the successes and prestige of the tournament, and achieves its goals of highlighting the most beautiful breeds of horses and introducing the finest types.

He said in the press conference that the tournament aims to deepen and enhance the status of this sport, by displaying different breeds of horses, displaying the finest types, how to acquire them, and ways to raise them. He pointed out that the organizing committee of the tournament has completed all preparations for the launch of the new edition, which is being held in the Al Zorah area in Ajman, by equipping the facilities and preparing them to provide all attendance requirements, including owners, stall managers, workers with horses, and the public.

Al-Kaabi invited the public to attend the championship activities, which include the “Heritage Village” as an accompanying event that showcases the products of youth projects and craftsmen, in addition to performances of popular songs and cultural and artistic paintings.
