He explained that the changes relate to the specifications of “cladding” according to the height of the building, as the risk doubles as the height increases, and decreases in the lower floors. He pointed out that the Civil Defense has coordinated with several parties, including the factories that produce this material, and will meet soon with Dubai Municipality to discuss mechanisms for implementing the new update in the specifications.
